With a virtual unlimited number of colors and a production speed up to 54 smq/hr our textile belt printer is perfect for high quality digital textile printing.
The secret of this high quality / high speed machine is in its main components, based on the Mimaki JV5 , this is a fast and ideal printer for high quality production runs on any kind of textile substrate, up to 1.6 m.

Print heads technology
A high quality plotter with 4 variable dot Epson printheads, with 1440 nozzles per head, and the Mimaki JV5 high
precision and our well engineered blanket system.
The distance from the print heads and the fabric surface is automatically controlled by a sensor.
A laser device checks on the fly each nozzle efficiency and prevents from print faults.
Belt drive precision
A precision twin roll unwind mechanism with photocell edge sensor guides the fabric precisely
and smoothly onto the blanket, whose glue is activated by heat, making the digital printer ideal to print also on elastic fabrics.
The adhesive blanket prevents even the smallest movement of the substrate once in position, and ensures perfect registration.
Rotating cleaning unit
A rotating brush washing unit with open water circuit prevents ‘back printing’ by removing the excess of ink from the adhesive blanket.
The entire washing unit is mounted on rails and can be extracted with ease for inspection and cleaning.
Infrared and fan for fabric drying
Using two hot air infrared dryers, located before the printed fabric rewind station, dries out the fabric, the other dryer found just after the washing unit
dries out all water traces from the blanket, and pre-heats it to optimal working temperature of the thermoplastic adhesive.
Open ink supply system
Having the all fabric printing capacity and compatible with acid, reactive, disperse and sublimatic inks, fed by an 8 color bulk ink bag system,

High productivity
Linear speed of our heat fixation unit is max. speed is up to 2m/min.
(This means max. production rate is 200m2/h for 1600mm version and 230m2/h for 1900mm version.)
No fumes, No smell
Due to high production rate and high temperature, the direct disperse process produces large amounts of gas.
The ADC (Air Dust Cleaner) captures all dust and fumes perfectly, with proprietary carbon filter and micro glasswool filter technology.
Also direct disperse ink is clean and it can reduce fumes by 50%.
Heat control
Heat control in heating zone of the sublimation system is extremely important for stable and superior quality control.
Our Heat Fixator has PID control of temperature to maintain stable target value.
Also can control the max. heat capacity, so it is possible to reduce the heat capacity (KW) during slow operation under inline operation mode.
Linear speed of feeding also take effect on temperature. Air flow rate is another factor which can make effect on temperature.
So it is important to control the ideal flow rate, just a little faster than the value that all fume
can be captured from the chamber. Air flow rate can be controlled by 2 kinds
of circle doors in tube and chamber.
No worries about maintenance
Using the Textile heat fixation unit requires almost no change or repair to the parts, motors, heaters, chains, rolls and sensors are very strong and you can use them for more than 5 years without problem.
Heat fixation for Digital Textile printing.
You can save high investment for press machines and running cost of papers by using the drum-contact type system. The system enables the same or higher production speed of the highest printing speed of any printers.
The drum-contact type heat fixation unit is the perfect machine for direct disperse printing due to the oil heated drum that spreads the heat even on all the fabric.

a world first, the Steam-X has revolutionised the
digital inkjet textile printing industry. The Steam-X
is the missing link that has allowed for the continuous
digital textile inkjet printing and curing of fabrics.
Extremely
versatile, the Steam-X cures fabrics printed with
any type of digital printing dyes, i.e. acid, disperse
and reactive.
The
Steam-X can be used with any digital inkjet printer
available. The printing speeds of the inkjet printers
are not compromised. The fabric travel through the
Steam-X is synchronised with the printing of the inkjet
printer.

Smart Printing
Digital
inkjet printer is the most recent innovation in the
textile industry, however the curing of fabrics has
been performed separately after the printing process
has been completed, therefore causing delays in finishing.
Steam-X is the solution, which has streamlined the
process into one continuous procedure. The Steam-X
features a fabric feed-in mechanism, with edge control
alignment, that feeds fabric directly into an inkjet
printer. Following the printing process, the fabric
travels through the steam chamber of the Steam-X,
where temperatures of up to 180°C are reached
and therefore curing of the printed dyes is completed.
Following the steam process the fabric is rolled up
automatically.

Steam-X
automatically feeds fabric into the inkjet printer,
then through its built-in steam chamber where the
dye is fixed. The fabric then feeds out of the unit
and is automatically rolled - all in one continuous
process.
Whether you're using reactive, disperse or acid dyes,
Steam-X cures it all in the same simple process. The
unit is operated from a compact control with LCD display,
with clear step by step instructions, the temperature
is controlled and regulated using a temperature controller
with digital output. Also included is a 20 litre water
tank, steam generator and stainless steel steam chamber.
Optional

The Wash-X are actually two machines incorporated into
one unit. They are capable of coating and washing almost
any kind of fabric due to unique design.
Coating: The amount of coating emulsion could be adjusted
to suit all types of dyes, including reactive, acid
and disperse dyes.
Washing: Continuous fabric washing suitable for all
type of inks and is design to save as much water as
possible.
The unit automatically feeds fabric into an coating/washing
unit, drying the fabric after coating and winds the
fabric into rolls at the completion of the process.

coating formula mixing and constant steering through

used water, waist tank, heated pre-wash basin. All incorporated
into the same unit.
DRYER
· The dryer is infra-red, double walled and is
fully insulated to minimize any heat loss.
· The heating and regulation are controlled via
a digital temperature controller situated on the electrical
cabinet
· Small exhaust fan is situated on top of dryer.
BATCHING
· Fabric re-winder can accommodate rolls up to
250 mm diameter and includes automatic speed control,
which is regulated by a "dancing" bar.
· The unit consists of scroll roller and one
side fabric edge control.
· All functions of the Precoat-W are controlled
by PLC with programmable terminal in auto and manual
